THE CONTEST: SPANK! 50 Shades Parody ticket giveaway is an internet only contest played via www.wktv.com.
SPANK! 50 Shakes Parody contest is sponsored by WKTV and Kessler Enterprises.
A valid contestant must go www.wktv.com and go to the SPANK! 50 Shades Parody section of “UPickem” and follow the entry procedure, which includes filling out the registration form, following WKTV on Pinterest and supplying your Pinterest name on the form. Only one entry per registrant is allowed. The contest winner will be selected by ramdom draw on WKTV.com Upickem section.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

DEADLINES:  Online entries will be accepted starting Monday, October 21st, 2013. The deadline for submitting entries is 5:00pm, Thursday, November 7th.  Nine (9) daily winners will be announced each morning, October 28, 2013 through November 7, 2013.  The grand prize winner will be announced on Friday November 8, 2013. The winners will be notified via the e-mail submitted with their registration.

PRIZES: Nine (9) daily prizes,(daily prize consists of: 2 pack of tickets (value $73.50) to SPANK! 50 Shades Parody @ the Stanley Theatre) and One (1) Grand Prize (4 pack of tickets (value $147) to SPANK! 50 Shades Parody @ the Stanley Theatre)

OTHER CONTEST REQUIREMENTS: Eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older, a New York State resident and have a valid driver’s license.

Winners must pick up their prize at the WKTV studio at 5936 Smith Hill Road, Deerfield, between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:00PM, within 6 months of winning announcement and follow the instructions to redeem their prize. Tickets are only valid for the November 18th, 2013 @ 7:30pm showing.  Winner must present a picture ID to establish identity. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted. Redemption of prize is subject to any restrictions, and or conditions established by participating vendors. Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and gratuities in conjunction with acceptance of any prize. Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising, promotion or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.

WKTV reserves the right to impose an additional age limit.

WKTV may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries.

WKTV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WKTV Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

Employees of WKTV and Smith Media License Holding, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited.

WKTV reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time.
All decisions of the WKTV contest coordinator are final. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If WKTV-TV cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.

Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.

WKTV-TV reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

WKTV-TV reserves the right to restrict the local winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of WKTV-TV, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

Entrants further grant to WKTV-TV the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.

WKTV-TV reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.

Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.

UPICKEM and WKTV-TV are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.

Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
