RULES:
The Purr-fect Night Contest is a contest played both on-line and by entry forms found at the location of participating sponsors.
The winner is determined by a random drawing.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
ENTRY:
Contestants may enter the contest by completing an official entry blank available at the Stanley Performing Arts Center or on-line by filling out the electronic form on the WKTV website, www.wktv.com.
Entries will be accepted beginning June 25, 2010 and the deadline for entries is July 8, 2010 at 5:00PM, EDT.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is four (4) VIP seats to the performance of Cats at the Stanley. Retail value of the tickets is $240. Dinner for four (4) at Romeo’s Italian Kitchen at a value not to exceed $150. Alcoholic beverages and gratuity are not included in the Grand Prize. Limo transportation from the winner’s home to dinner and then to show and return transportation to winner’s home following show. Value of Limo transportation is $750.
OTHER CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older and live within a 30 mile radius of the Stanley Performing Arts Center, Utica, NY.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted.
Redemption of prize is subject to any restrictions, and or conditions established by participating vendors.
Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and gratuities in conjunction with acceptance of any prize.
Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising, promotion or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.
WKTV reserves the right to impose an additional age limit.
WKTV may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries.
WKTV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WKTV Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Employees of WKTV and Smith Media License Holding, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited.
WKTV reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time.
All decisions of the WKTV contest coordinator are final.
