RULES:
The Wine All You Want Contest is an on-line contest only.
The winner is determined by a random drawing.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
ENTRY:
Contestants may enter the contest by filling out the electronic form on the WKTV website, www.wktv.com.
Entries will be accepted beginning September 7, 2011 and the deadline for entries is September 30, 2011 at 11:59:59PM. The drawing will be held on October 3, 2011 and the winner will then be announced.
PRIZE:

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is two (2) tickets for the Wine All You Want event, sponsored by the House of Good Shepherd. Retail value of the tickets is $120. Winner must be claimed by the winner at the station office on Smith Hill Road, Deerfield. Prize can be claimed during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Any prize not claimed with in 30 days of notification will be forfeited. Proof of identity is required.
OTHER CONTEST REQUIREMENTS
Eligible contestants must be 21 years of age or older.
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted.
Redemption of prize is subject to any restrictions, and or conditions established by participating vendors.
Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and gratuities in conjunction with acceptance of any prize.
Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising, promotion or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.
WKTV reserves the right to impose an additional age limit.
WKTV may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry,
printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries.
WKTV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WKTV Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Contestants will agree to hold WKTV, its corporate licensee, Smith Media License Holding, LLC, its corporate parent, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from accepting the prize or participation in the contest.
Employees of WKTV and Smith Media License Holding, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited.
WKTV reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time.
All decisions of the WKTV contest coordinator are final.
