Contest – A random drawing of eligible entries for each of the eleven (11) days of the contest.
Entry: You may enter the contest by completing an official entry blank available at participating CW 11 Days of Christmas vendors from November 2 – December 4, 2011. After completing the entry form, it must be deposited in the box located at the business location. Contestants may also enter on-line by filling out the electronic form on the CW11 website, www.cnyCW11.com.
Deadlines: The deadline for all entries, submitted at the participating CW 11 Days of Christmas vendors and on the internet, via www.cnyCW11.com, is December 4, 2011.
Prizes: One (1) Prize will be awarded each day, for eleven (11) days from December 7, 2010 to December 21, 2011.

Each day’s Prize winner will be selected in eleven (11) separate drawings. No one person can win more than one Prize during the duration of the CW 11 Days of Christmas contest. Winners will be announced during the NewsChannel 2 at Ten newscast on WKTV-D2.
Eligibility: Contestants must be legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older.
Conditions: No purchase necessary to enter or win.
The odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
Winners of the daily contest must claim their prize, in person, at the station, 5936 Smith Hill Road, Deerfield, NY, during regular business hours (9:00AM – 4:00PM) Monday through Friday.
Photo identification is required to claim prize.
Failure to claim prize with in thirty (30) days of notification will result in forfeiture of prize.
Contest winner must take possession of the Prize. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted.
Winner is responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes on the prize and for any other expenses not specified herein, and relating to the acceptance and use of their prize. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent.
Employees of WKTV, Smith Media License Holdings, LLC, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.
By participating in the contest, the winners agree to have their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize.
The winner will be required to sign a liability release prior to accepting the Grand Prize and agree to hold WKTV, its corporate licensee, Smith Media License Holding, LLC, its corporate parent, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.
Neither WKTV, its corporate licensee, Smith Media License Holding, LLC, its corporate parent, affiliated companies and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, are responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries.
WKTV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WKTV-CW11 Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification at the sole discretion of WKTV.
WKTV reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.
No purchase necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.
Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WKTV 5936 Smith Hill Road, Utica, NY 13502.
All decisions of the WKTV contest coordinator are final.
