RULES:
THE CONTEST:
The SOUTH PACIFIC NIGHT OUT GIVEAWAY is an internet only contest played via www.wktv.com.
The SOUTH PACIFIC NIGHT OUT GIVEAWAY is sponsored by WKTV, Broadway Theatre League and Castronova's Original Grimaldi's Restaurant.
A valid contestant must go www.wktv.com and go to the SOUTH PACIFIC NIGHT OUT GIVEAWAY section of “UPickem” and follow the entry procedure. The contest winner will be electronically selected at random from among all of the valid entries.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning.
The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
DEADLINES:
On line entries will be accepted starting Friday, February 24, 2012. The deadline for submitting entries is 12:00 PM (Noon), Monday, March 5, 2012. The drawing will be made on Monday, March 5, 2012. The winner will be announced on Monday, March 5, 2012. The winner will be notified via the e-mail submitted with their registration.
PRIZE:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize is a four (4) pack of tickets for the performance of South Pacific at the Stanley on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 AND a certificate for dinner at Castronova's Original Grimaldi's Restaurant (up to $150- alcohol & tip not included). Retail value of the Grand Prize is $350.
OTHER CONTEST REQUIREMENTS:
Eligible contestants must be 18 years of age or older, a New York State resident and have a valid driver’s license or equivalent picture ID.
Winners must pick up the "South Pacific" tickets portion of the prize at the "WILL CALL" box office window at the Stanley Theatre. Winners must pick up the Grimaldi's dinner certificate at WKTV's business offices during business hours, Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 4:00pm.
Winner must present a picture ID to establish identity.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted.
Redemption of prize is subject to any restrictions, and or conditions established by participating vendors.
Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes and gratuities in conjunction with acceptance of any prize.
Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize.
By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to allow their name, voice or likeness used in any advertising, promotion or broadcasting material relating to this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of any prize.
WKTV reserves the right to impose an additional age limit.
WKTV may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or typographical errors in any contest related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail or entries.
WKTV, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the WKTV Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
Employees of WKTV and Smith Media License Holding, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited.
WKTV reserves the right to supplement or change contest rules at any time.
All decisions of the WKTV contest coordinator are final.
