How does it work?
Submit a photo or video of yourself, friends or family giving a Patriotic Plea to see Toby Keith in Concert at the New York State Fair on August 23rd,  Entrants must complete the UPICKEM registration in order to submit their entry.  If you have entered previous UPICKEM contests at WKTV.COM, you may just need to log in to verify your previous registration.  Then upload your picture or video.  The submission period is August 6th through August 19th.

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Each registered user can enter only one picture or video.  The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on August 20, 2013.

Are there prizes?
There is a grand prize that includes a
